They wrongfully charged me and turned me over to collection. I spoke with someone there and they confirmed I didn’t owe, a year or so later a random dent on my credit report without any notification, and I disputed it, but to no avail. I am not paying this

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Hi, I have had this experience with another school. It caused me to be wind up abandoning my degree because of what they did in finacial aid but I already had an M.A.

and had working in a Juris Doctor. It made me so upset. Also, I've also been to NCU and never had it happen there. When did this happen?

That school has recently been through a lot of changes with their website, staff etc. They even moved their headquarters to San Diego. At the other school they sent a bill every month and I called them and was very upset. (It happened to coincide with a death of a close family member which compounded the stress).

They said I had so many days to appeal. I wrote an appeal letter and they told me the appeals process would take a few months. Every month I kept getting a bill $4000, claiming I was overpaid but I maintained I was underpaid. I was charged for classes that I did not attend or register for.

I kept in contact with them and kept copies of the records but they never sent it to my credit report. Then they reviewed everything and oddly sent me a letter with a check for $400 explaining they reviewed my account and they actually owed me money. Those four months had me really upset.

Horrible experience. I can identify.
